Additionally, BowenPlus Associates offers various services relating to the printing, purchase and mailing of such (collectively, the "Service"). Unless specifically stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service or Products shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. We have displayed samples of our products on this site to replicate how they will appear once they are printed, slight variations in color, typefaces and layout may occur.

We reserve the right not to process your order if we decide that you are using the web site for such purposes and ban you from placing orders with us in the future. In such an event we will refund any payment made by you.

5. Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order beyond mistakes you've made or changes you wish to make after submitting your order, we'll be happy to provide you with a refund or an exchange. In the event that you require a refund, you may return it to us at your own expense within 7 days of receiving such product(s). Please return product(s) to the postal address set out in "Contact Us". We will reimburse the price that you have paid for the product(s) to your credit or debit card. Alternatively if you call us at the number shown in "Contact Us" we may offer to reprint and resend the product(s) at no additional charge.
Please note that we can only refund shipping and handling costs if the return is a result of our error.
