Scripture #1
“Yea, and they did obey and observe to perform
every word of command with exactness; yea, and
even according to their faith it was done unto
them; and I did remember the words which they
said unto me that their mothers had taught them.”
                                                    Alma 57: 21


Scripture #2
" Honour thy father and thy mother, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee; that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee."

Poem #1
They build the world with love and care
  One infant at a time.
Their work does more than courts and kings
  To rid the world of crime.
The interest on the gifts they bring
  This world could never pay.
And so, we pause to honor them
  Each year on Mother’s Day.
