This plein air watercolor painting was started in mid-August, 2022 at Creekside Park in Bountiful, Utah, not far from our home & finished in my studio within a couple of days. A small group of neighborhood friends who want to paint & draw, Sherry Rauch, Dorian Vandegrift & his two daughters & Paula got together on a Saturday morning & headed to the park. We spread out for a couple of hours to paint, but in the end, gathered together near the bridge to review what we had done. We had a fun time doing it, & everybody wants to do it again, soon. I’d really would like to revisit this image & do a large painting of the subject
