In February, 2019, Conrad & Paula signed up to participated in the 4th Annual Bountiful Davis Art Center Plein Air Competition. The opening of the show was March 1st, so in early February they were out in the field with their paints & easels. It was cold & very wintery to say the least painting at both locations. Conrad submitted two pieces. This watercolor painted at Creekside Park in Bountiful, Utah, the other watercolor painted in Paradise, Utah. At the competition, Conrad won an Honorable Mention for his efforts on this painting.
