This is a reproduction of the original artwork Wm Conrad Bowen painted on a sheet of synthetic watercolor paper (which is no longer manufactured). The original painting is owned by & in the possession of Rachael Elliott, West Vally, Utah.

Conrad painted this view on location in the mid-1970s down the lane & behind Roy & Thelma Tams’ house looking north. The old Box Elder tree & what’s left of the Maurice & Ruby Obray farm (under the tree) can still be viewed on Google maps near 8800 S 330 W, Paradise, Ut 84328 (the tree is in the background on Google). Only a portion of Hap Underwood’s barn still stands (seen to the left in Conrad’s painting) the old wood fence & red steel posts are gone.
