In Mid-May, 2023, Conrad revisited 24 Boulton Way in Bountiful, Utah 84010, near Dicks market on Orchard Drive with his paints & paper. This time, all the green leaves were out hiding most of the pain of this old stoic relic. It still creaked & groaned begging for attention. It makes Conrad wonder what the neighbors think of this old standard bearer?
